Knockturn Alley, from the just slightly shady establishments to the places that peddled actual dark magic, it was where Nyle did a good deal of his business. He was a master at picking pockets from a young age, but that only yielded petty change. As an adult, he conducted his illegal enterprises on a larger scale. Besides, everyone in this alley was keeping a close eye on their galleons. The dishonest trust no one.
Nyle shrugged his shoulders inside their leather jacket against the January wind that whistled down the side alley. Though the cobblestone path was clear, there was snow swept into all the corners and crevices. There was no telling what else was hiding in in the dark corners. This was no place for the casual shopper. He stepped through the doorway of a derelict building, wiping his boots on the rug, not because the floor inside this place was any cleaner than the cobblestones outside, but out of habit instilled in him by his longest lasting foster mother growing up. Then he froze.
This building, sad as it was, was what Nyle called home, had called home for the last nine months and he'd even actually paid the rent for six of those months and had only been avoiding his landlady for the last three. Now it was overrun with official-looking law-enforcement wizards, some of them carrying things out of his apartment, not entirely legal things.
"This your place?" an auror barked out to him.
"No." Lyle replied slowly, taking the cigarette from his lips, dropping it on the ground and putting it out beneath a heel. "I work next door at the used book shop. Came over to see what the commotion was. This some sort of raid?"

Mirai wasn’t sure where he was going, to be fair he rarely ever was. He spent most of his time wandering, going where ever he felt like. There were probably places he should go, he had papers to read and things to do back at the school, as well as things he should be buying back in Diagon Alley. But he’d never spent much time doing what he was supposed to, and it had worked so far. He’d been told he couldn’t wander aimlessly forever, but it had got him his current job at Hogwarts. So he wasn’t doing all bad.
It was rather cold he though, pulling his coat closer. He’d been able to enchant bluebell flames to stay inside the jacket so he could stay warm regardless of the weather, but the enchantment seemed to be weakening. As he wandered down alley after alley he noticed less and less people around him, until he came upon a house surrounded by Ministry officials. Hearing someone talking inside he walked over, somehow sure the place was being raided.
Looking the the items coming out, they didn’t seem all that dangerous. He’d made friends all over the world, and not all of them were as scrupulous as one might expect of the former ravenclaw. But they were good friends to have. Especially for a seer. Best money he’d gotten was in advising one of his friends to not taking what was supposed to be an easy job. Everyone else who had gone in had gotten busted, while his friend who’d pulled out with his share early, made off with a lot of money.
Overhearing a man talking to an auror, he was suddenly sure that guy was the owner of the stuff coming out. Hearing the man say something about working at the bookstore next door, he walked over smiling.
“Hey!” he said, “I noticed you’d left, I actually have a question about one of the books…”
He started talking nonchalantly before turning to the auror, acting like he’d just noticed him.
“Ah! I see you’re busy,” Mirai said, “What exactly is going on here anyway?”
He looked around looking confused, which considering his existence, wasn’t hard to do.

Someone as handsome as Mirai usually didn't walk through in the dark... Nor in the cold. Regardless, Dru liked a little devil in a wizard. Dru's eyes watched from afar as Mirai interrupted the drama show between the over-compensating auror and Nyle.
Dru walked ever so sassy over in pink heals, furr jacket, and his long gold wand. Not that rob you dirty dirty reader. that rob is weilded on his right hand. This golden rob was his wand; Notoriously known to pop pussy and take names. This wand was the star of his show, and it clicked on the stone path where Dru walked.
"Oh, Mr. Auror, honey, that won't be necessary." Lips popped and eyes shifting from one man to the next, he continued "This tall handsome fellow is a tenant in my complex."
As the conversation drag on, a young wizard, no older than 30, Dru assumed, seemed to have interupted. Dru, not taking interuptions kindly, even if he was a cute asian boy who probably be a good bottom, responded flurtacious yet condescending as usual.
"my dear... Are you lost?"
