If it's a fight I'm ready to go

Tobias hadn't been around for the first set of duels, something he was very upset by, but he was sure going to make up for that. Looking at his opponent he felt sorry for this poor kid, for about a second. He looked like one of the weird kids and he was from Ravenclaw of all houses. He wasn't worried about how this would go. After getting greetings out of the way he bowed before walking back, ready to cast a curse as soon as he stopped. There was no time to loose and if he started casting the spell as he turned, he be that much closer to first blood and swinging his wand correctly to hit him right in the chest. He didn't fool around, and if he pulled this off right, Kaleb would be on the floor with one spell. Though he could get in trouble for excessive force, he didn't care about that. QScA16PQ

Kaleb had no honest idea why he was still doing this dueling thing except for the fact that the best he could understand it he liked to do things that could make him die. It was not that he had a death wish but to come close and not die, that was where the real fun and excitement was.
If he caught on fire or something of the like, he was just going to die. Anyway everything out of the way..that little fuck face cheated, casting a spell while he was turned around. No worries, Kaleb dodged or attempted to anyway but the damage had been done.

He'd casted an old curse, something he'd actually read from a book instead of inventing himself. He'd improved it of course but he wasn't about to pull out all the stops in a casual duel. A curse that slices the skin horrible and can't be heal with magic wasn't something to let people know he'd invented. Unless they deserved it. When it came to this spell however, he'd had to do a bit of digging to find the incantation. He didn’t publicize it, honestly he tried to keep any work he did under wraps, but he was a history buff. Not that he read a lot of the publish books about what happened, but he’d spend the time it took to find and read first hand accounts. His focus was mainly from the second wizarding war back in the late twentieth century. It was in one of these first hand accounts that he found the incantation: Sectumsempra.
That was the spell he launched at Kaleb as he'd turned, seeking blood. As he watched to see if he hit, he cast a quick Protego around himself. Though he knew whatever spell he'd cast would probably hit before it was up.
OOC: So apparently I was supposed to list the spell and you describe the damage it did. So the last five was for sectumsmpra and this roll is for protego, if you list what spell you were casting before then i'll have it hit him before his shield charm goes in to effect as par the rules

[yeah i only half understand it myself, i'm just like "a fight!, ok!] He was trying to make Kaleb bleed. Kaleb supposed on the one hand he understood why but Tobias was trying to bleed him to death. Good thing it barely worked he told himself. There was splatches of blood here and there but nothing to major. Dirty players though, Kaleb did not mind those. He spoke now, and he hoped it would have a great effect but if not that was okay too. AnteoculatiaTobias had beautiful hair and even though it was nowhere near Christmas, Kaleb always got a kick, almost literally out of antlers. qRcYtlRd
