 KAIMANA OHME[ 6'0" | Bisexual | ♌ ]Kai is pretty simple. He loves skateboarding, Quidditch, and surfing. He loves animals, children, and Herbology. He loves his family, he loves pretty much everyone around him. He's easy to please, hard to disappoint, and optimistic about everything in general. He's a bit of an airhead and is interested in playing the drums and sharing his bizarre music. Raised by the artistic types (aka hippies), he gets pretty zoned out and tends to say a lot of weird shit. He has two moms, one of which is a stripper, and he will knock out anyone who makes any sort of negative remark about either one of them. He still doesn't really know what he's doing with his life, and isn't really trying to figure it out. FRIENDS |Kai befriends people very easily. He's kindhearted and loyal and just wants to have a good time. For those who need someone who will listen, or simply someone who will chill out with them without needing a reason, Kai's their guy. After all, a friend with weed is a friend indeed, as Them Youngin's would say. Something to note, Kai tends to see everyone as his friend, so even a pleasant face he sees on occasion may fit into this category; he befriends first, and if they turn out to be jerks, well that's one person missing out on a Good Time. Not because he isn't interested in other people, he simply sees no merit in pursuing anyone. Call it laziness, but he'd rather sit back and let people come to him rather then make his feelings known. That being said, he's pretty blunt about when he likes someone. It's up to them whether or not it's Serious. It's basically the same thing sex-wise, but he cares even less to the point where he just doesn't feel that way about anyone unless they initiate it first. He's never dated anyone. He's slept around. He avoids conflict as much as he can, but it's impossible to dodge every insult slung at him. Kai defends people, if he can. He protects girls from unwanted suitors, he helps kids shake off their bullies. He has definitely stepped on toes in the past, and he won't apologize for it. I think Daniyah and Kai will be much the same as we've always played them. Dani loves her big brother but girl is a peacock you got let her fly.
So instead I'm gonna drop Noel on you. Noel has a history of being a bully, Kai hates bullies, I think we should give them history. Although Noel is very much a ghost of his former self I think there could still be resentment there and Kai would totally be someone Noel would have made fun of thinking he's an attention seeking prick bc of the way he dresses.

Noel BeckettDani will always be his lil' sister, tho. He's gotta be a pissy big bro sometimes B) Kai would think Noel is so ignorant tho. He would have totally tussled with him in the past, verbally or physically is your pick y'know Kai doesn't typically throw punches first tho but~. He would have mostly seen Noel's behavior as unnecessary and would've tried to wave him off as much as he could. If you have something in mind tho, I'm all ears. I'm v interested in shitty pretentious Gryff boys if you haven't noticed (; Otherwise, I feel like if the two were actually able to dust off their negative vibes, I could actually see them being friendly; Kai being the secret poet himself (and a bit of a romantic, though not necessarily Through His Actions). I mean that mostly because Kai is very forgiving. He wouldn't dig Noel's pessimism, ofc, but you know Kai. He will take on anyone and try to brighten up Their Whole Life. But y'know, I'd love to play someone that Kai is kinda pissy with. "*Glares @ Noel bc he teased me >:(* shut up... jerk... *teary eyed*"

Kaimana Ohme LOL glad you're digging my pretentious gryff boy- some how I knew you would Ok I think the following things should have happened in their angsty past: 1. Noel takes immediate illogical disliking to Kai, starts as constant teasing but he teases others so he's no special snowflake 2. maybe makes fun of one of kai's friends or classmates even more so though, which I know Kai would hate. If we really wanna take it to the next level I could make him tease Daniyah to death since she's an easy target hahahaha 3. Surely Kai steps in (I'm thinking this could be 3rd year for Noel, 2nd year for Kai, 1st with Daniyah) and sets this muthertrucker STRAIGHT!! though I don't think Noel would throw the first punch either because he's a baby. dunno if Kai would if it came down to his sister. 4. battle ensues 5.  SOMEONE IS VICTORIOUS or it ends like every other stupid HS fight where both of them are being torn apart by professors and there is no clear victor 6. This solidifies Noel's hatred for Kai for the next couple of years 7. Noel grows tf up somewhere during his 5th and 6th year, sheds his brigade of bully boys (that don't exist yet but they do in my mind) and gets all angsty and emo existential crisis galore 8. still hates kai though which brings us up to date, and I do think they should totally become friendly at this point but the question is HOW honestly I just wanna mush them together because I love opposite pairings

Kaimana Ohme OKAY SO... Since Noel & Kai had a scuffle/disagreement then Batty would definitely not be on friendly terms with Kai, just 'cuz she's loyal like that, bro's before hoshuffles, ya dig? But Batty isn't one for confrontation so she'd probably just dodge him, ignore him, shoot glares at him or try and keep Noel and Kai at a distance. Plus Kai probably weirds her out a bit, even if hes the older brother of Daniyah who is also her friend. But they're both housemates and in the same year so it's inevitable that they bump into each other. Just a note; It would be funny if Batty was the instigator of your fights, because shes paranoid and jumpy and pessimistic. I could see her mumbling to Noel about how Kai was up to something or what have you  Just an idea???

god im so forgetful sometimes sry about the absence Noel Beckett Honestly, if he picked on Dani, Kai would totally throw the first punch. If there's 1 thing he's Stupid As Hell about, it's his family and he'll go ridiculous lengths to defend them. Kai is pretty used to lil' scuffles about his family, he's not very strong but he's tuff and can take a hit. So in terms of the winner, I think it may make more sense for it to be ambiguous bc it could probably be messy, so professors should!!! totally step in!!! Kai would probably file Noel under "absolute asshole" after that tbhhhh, so it works for them to just hate each other even as they grow up, bc sometimes ya' just associate people with negative vibes 4ever y'know how to push them into friendly territory is definitely a good question. I feel like at this point, Kai is calming down a whole lot in his life but he has yet to have a Catalyst that makes him Jaded. So he's still got a bit of optimism in him. If somehow these two are thrown together, maybe through something like detention if that's still a thing for Noel, they'd be Forced to talk and possibly shake off some harsh feelings. That's kind of a lame idea, but I'm gonna think on this some more B) Batty Riggs Weeeeell. If Batty is loyal to Noel, Kai would pen her for the type that enables bullying (which I guess isn't inaccurate!), and he Really, Really hates that. Especially if Noel picks on Dani. Kai would think she's two faced, or at least a coward, and he wants none of that. He wouldn't want her hanging around Dani, bc he'd think she's a ~bad influence~ based on this one lil' thing, but he knows better than to dictate what his sister does with her life. In other words, he won't be too fond of her being around him either, but he too won't start any conflict. Kai doesn't really stick around fights unless they're about the people he loves. If she were to point something out to Noel, I feel like the only way it could really amount to anything is if it's about Dani, otherwise it'd just be Noel teasing Kai and Kai just fucking off / brushing him off and avoiding conflict. Since you said the girls are supposed to be friends, I don't know if you're interested in that kind of thing lmao, but there's that |

BUT I DO HAVE AN IDEA maybe Noel can accidentally leave his stupid girly diary behind in detention [insert teenage mortification here] which consists of a lot of personal writing and maybe some fictional idk, i haven't thought too much about it- and kai picks it up?? don't judge me i've been watching degrassi all weekend and this reeks of bad teenage drama

Kai would pick it up and be like oh shit someone left this and be like?? was this where Noel was in timeout??? and then be like Oh Shit........ Oh My God. He'd totally read some of it and feel guilty and would want to return it despite Noel being an ass if Noel is shitty to him about the book Kai would totally quote what he read to get under his skin, tho he'd never tell a soul bc he's a Good Boy (tm)

Kaimana Ohme The eyes? I could not find out if Kai was supposed to have two different color eyes or not so I'm just assuming so anyway.. Since Patricia is shy, like awkwardly shy she would just be staring at him one day in that crazy way when you want to ask someone about something but you do not know if it is a sore subject or not so you just kind of stare and your awkward looking you know? or something and he could possibly go up to her and be like "Bruh,what?" And that's all I got, but something semi wonderful happens and boom friends or just one encounter where she becomes more shy and intimidated and goes and hides in the broom closet because she is afraid more people speak like he does, either way.

Yeah, Kai's meant to have heterochromia, definitely! c: I've mentioned it a few times, but not like Super Obviously. Kai is like, one of my few characters that match p perfectly with their face claim~
Kai is really aware that he's a bit of a weirdo, and he'd assume Patricia would be weirded out by him tbhhh but if he caught her staring he'd definitely be like "ay girl whaddup". He's a really big sweetheart, tho, so he'd try to befriend her bc that's what he does, he befriends everyone mean or nice~
They do share interests in common!!! Yoga and cookies. That's all this guy needs in life tbhhh lmaooo
