As soon as the pairing was done Judge was up first bolting for the second tower. It was as advanced as anything he'd ever seen! As soon as took the station the scene turned into a winter blizzard, the wind pushed his hair violently, and the whirls of snow blasted against his face!
"Jaysus Jasper, ain' she beautiful," Judge was overly thrilled his Palms sweating against his wand, "now do you want defensive or offensive first? Or jus' ah straight duel? Don't matta to me lad."
Despite the real cold his adrenaline was kicked in, sweat broke on his forehead, and above his lip.

Judge had jumped onto the opportunity almost instantly, b-lining for the towers in such a manner that Jasper knew exactly what his intentions were. Anyone who was that excited about a duel, to rush ahead everyone else, was going to be going for the second tower. Its enchantments were fascinating, and it could leave the foe at a disadvantage.
But as he stepped through the door, the wind blowing against his exposed cheeks, he felt a tad disappointed. He pictured an expansive forest or a busy flea market, something where he'd have to work harder to overcome, or even find, his opponent (or perhaps, he simply wanted better places to hide like scum, places that weren't just below their feet). But he supposed this could work. Snow was harsh. Ice could cut through bone, if need be. He pressed his wand to his arm, thus covering his body in a warming charm. But his face was exposed, and the chill was quite bothersome. Jasper did not share Judge's enthusiasm.
"A proper duel sounds more favorable. Act on our feet, get the blood flowing," Jasper began, turning from the tundra's abyss to the shabby Slytherin beside him, "Last man standing and so on. Don't you agree?"

Judge gave a grin, a short bow, and he began his paces a part from Jasper. His strategy was purely based off his ability to cast non-verbal spells, well mainly his offense was.
The blizzard wind cut into his adrenaline as he turned, his opponent barely visible, and Judge brings his wand, 'aguamenti,' he thought hard about this spell and willed it. Water. freezing temperatures and from the tip of his wand a sphere of water produced and for only a second it was liquid before it turned to ice.
A dangerous icicle that he let loose!
(I rolled a 3, I believe I did this right!)

The two of them bowed and took their paces, and when Jasper turned around, he realized he could hardly make out Judge's figure. Initially, he had wanted to force the Slytherin to dance for him, but he knew he needed a very clear view of his opponent for it to work. Most spells didn't need that sort of specification, but... He supposed it would have to be saved for another time. He tapped his glasses with his wand, causing them to stay clear from the frost, as well as stick to his face to avoid any sort of scenario where he lost sight of them. As he did so, an icicle whizzed past his head and he sighed. It was a good idea, something that Jasper himself would have attempted, but the blizzard was making things hard on the two. Judge had handicapped not only Jasper, but himself. What a fool. But Jasper, too, was rather adept at wordless magic. And he responded to Judge's icicle with Locomotor Mortis, a simple wave of his wand before he stepped back further into the snow to conceal himself. 5|JJEro8There's a dice roll button above the post box! it's the rightmost button on the bottom row!
