COSMO VONNEGUT

The old, cheesy trope that girls run off of sugar and fairy dust is what Cosmo is on a superficial level. Bright colors and unicorns and kittens tend to cover her head to toe, and it's typical for people to assume she lacks any sort of maturity within her spacey skull. On the contrary, Cosmo simply lives a life where everyday is interesting, and she doesn't really care what other people think. Despite her individuality, she can be rather shy and socially inept, never really knowing when people actually like her or not. She's not very good at most things, especially school, but she maintains unwavering enthusiasm in spite of that.
FRIENDS ;
Cosmo is inherently a bit of a lonely person, and she never really knows when people are her friends or not. Unless the two of them are close, friends can expect Cosmo to glide past them awkwardly in the corridors. She's almost always surprised when people ask to hang out with her. But once she's settled down, Cosmo is peculiar and unpredictable at times, but she's very lazy and very unmotivated. Most of her efforts consist of playing her melodica or attempting to draw. Her drawings are almost childlike, and she can be often found pseudo-sobbing over them, but they're also a common gift she gives her friends. Despite how inappropriate she can be at times, Cosmo's a very dedicated, loyal friend, and she'll share her lunch and crayons to those who need it, duh!!
She also experiences squishes really hard, meaning sometimes someone's just so cool that she just NEEDS to be their friend. I picture her developing squishes on, like, a ton of people she's too afraid to talk to.

ROMANTIC ;
When it comes to relationships, Cosmo's a bit flaky. She wants to date people, for sure, but she doesn't know what she wants a whole, and that's kinda scary. Not knowing what other people want, either, is scary. And, also? Nothing makes sense? So, like? But, she's dated around before, and ultimately they all amounted to nothing. On an emotional level, Cosmo has a bad habit of shutting down or exploding under stress, and she doesn't really know how to forgive and forget. Jealousy can also be expected. Flings are possible to an extent, but the other person needs to be chill with the fact that Cosmo talks and laughs a lot during that mess, and can get kinda distant and weird about sex itself.
DISLIKED ;
Cosmo doesn't exactly dislike people unless they've wronged her in some way. This can be, like, stupid boys who can't take a hint, or people who bother her when she's minding her own business. She's pretty tolerant about most things, and doesn't really care enough to defend people. That being said, she was bullied her first and second years of school, so she's developed a bit of a backbone and won't allow herself to be pushed around. I can see her getting on the nerves of some people, but she sticks to herself mostly. People under here can simply just be people who don't like her, or maybe even former bullies.
