Baby, stay away from my friends [Louisiana]

Raised in a very conservative, religious home that stresses competitiveness, Ana has very little patience for, well, most things. She's holier than thou, friendless, and strives to be The Best. She hates the way her family treats her and wishes for independence, which has resulted in her dressing outlandishly and finding petty ways to spite them. But, she also wants very desperately to be liked by her family, so she does well in school and dates who she's supposed to and writes home often. Being a witch has made things real tough on her, though her twin has landed himself in the same boat. But Ana is what one could call "The Scapegoat of the Family". Superiority complex galore. She likes ballet and heavy metal and is constantly sick to her stomach from whatever she ate that day. It's best to note that Ana is well known for popping pills, but also secretly has issues with self harm, and is overall just kinda a mess.

FRIENDS ;
She'll have very few of these, as she hates most people. If she's not off-putting, she'll try to be so people leave her alone. She may want her parents' affection, but she cares very little for her peers. That being said, she gets very lonely and very clingy, and those who she is friends with can expect to experience a lot of jealousy and critique of everyone around them, while being placed on a pedestal themselves. She's truly envy incarnate and will hate all her friends' friends if they take up enough of their time. She needs someone who's dedicated, basically. I can see her being friendly with anyone under the right circumstances, as long as they can deal with her. People who are a bit blunt themselves will probably get along with her best. Don't insult her brother, tho.

Ana is closeted. Her parents would absolutely kill her if they Raised A Gay, and Ana is very much in denial about her feelings. She considers herself asexual. Sex repulsed. She wants nothing to do with any of that, and her first kiss resulted in her vomiting in the boy's mouth. However, she can very well get on with a girl if the relationship is just right. Again, she's very jealous and very clingy, so she needs someone who can accept that, or at least help work out her desperation issues. Casual dating just can't be a thing with girls, sadly. When it comes to guys, she's dated a few in the past and was very cold toward them. Like, it was clearly for appearances. I'm reluctant plotting any current relationships with guys, but if the plot fits well enough, I'm cool with Ana punching a bro out because he tried to hold her hand.

Most people. Anyone who's too nice, anyone who's too mean. Like, I see her getting along with anyone under the right circumstances, but the same could be said about enemies. She may simply be one of those characters that you gotta thread with first, and that's cool, too. I feel like purebloods and her wouldn't get along, as she's from a rich muggle home and wouldn't be used to people looking down on her that way, as she's the one who looks down on everyone else. Also she's bound to say something stupid at some point, especially since she has little sympathy for people's problems.

I don't have much written about Aaron, other than the fact that he's the more submissive of the two. He's actually the older twin, if that matters at all, and he tends to be kind of quiet. He gets into fights a lot (both fist fights and wand duels), and kind of really doesn't like his family as a whole, but Ana's all he's got. They argue a lot, but spend time together despite this. A lot of his shortcomings are blamed on Ana not taking better care of him, such as his poor grades and behavior, but their dad treats him better. His middle name is what he goes by, because he hates Dakota, and his middle name is completely up to you. His playby isn't perfect, but I figured it was close enough lmaoooo.
