She stood amazed and proud and possibly a little high. Patricia was..well she had found her flaw regardless of if she would admit it aloud or no. This was good though because being flawed meant that she was human and she rejoiced in the fact. None the less she knew she had to be quick about this before she got caught and they both got in trouble. So she carefully glided herself along the way down feeling the breeze of crisp air hit her face. The breeze was so crisp that it even hit her moles. Truthfully she was not comfortable with all the moles that coursed on her flesh but that was how she was supposed to look and she had learned to embrace it. There were times when she covered them but that was because of her robe nothing more. It took a lot at first to learn to embrace them, to realize that this was what she was meant to look like but not everyone was as accepting of such dis-figurations especially when they appeared on themselves. That was what had brought her here today. She flipped the tails of her robe upward and took a seat in front of the chair. She leaned over and picked up a tiny scientific type of flask. She put it up to her nose and slowly inhaled the fumes and titled her head back. Then she opened her mouth and let the smoke exhale out of her mouth up to her company's nostrils. "Wake up, we have a few things to discuss." Cadence Strife

Cadence's nostrils instantly sniffed and his lungs lifted. The taste was not relevant as he felt a small evident sting along his neck and down the right side of his body capturing all the way from his shoulder blades to the tips of his fingers. Only upon realizing it was just a type of spell and not death he slowly opened his eyes.
Cadence: What?
He had a small feeling but he was going to let Pat do her thing, whatever that might be.
Cadence: If you really want to talk, take the spell off of me.
Take note that he did not ask. Maybe for once he was actually going to demand something. L.o.L. at that thought though.
Cadence: Shouldn't you be somewhere else?

She only went out much when she was bothered or wanted to meet someone new. At the moment both those were quotas that had been met.
"No. I see no reason to remove the spell and we both know if I were to be nice enough to oblige you might run out on me."
She was not having that. Still, she could feel her heart doing weird things but she was ignoring that today. She would not allow herself to become that stereotype where just a speak of words could get her to do anything.
"I tried my best with you...and yet.."
Rejection
"Nothing was returned. I could not have been anymore clear unless I changed myself into a stoplight and flashed green so we need rules apparently."
They had to be specific.
"First though, why are you choosing to hide your flaws? We all have them, they should just be our strength instead of our weakness."
She stood up and tossed her robe off. As per usual underneath yoga attire but today it was more of a blood red with a splash of white. Her moles, though tiny were splotches all over her skin.
"If you want the spell off, I want to see your flaws."

His eyes burned but he listened as she spoke. Pat was always so damn cryptic and he hated it. Blood red really though. He sighed deeply but somewhat unbothered, or at the very least it appeared that way. One could never tell with Cadence because truthfully even Cadence did not know.
Cadence: Spell off first.
At the very least the boy needed to be able to stand up. Too much sitting was bad for anyone anyway.
Cadence: That's the only way this weird shit is going to work. You can trust me Pat, you've known me forever.
Okay so it was not forever but it was years and that needed to count for something.

"Weird shit?"
She felt her eyeballs raise up. Is that how their friendship was to be described now? She slowly tossed her hair over her shoulder making sure to have a few strands hit Cadence in the face.
"Meaning you want to get weird? Cay-Cay, I have not even begun to pour down rapture on you or your soul. This right here,"
she said as she turned around and hopped up on the nearest desk.
"Is let's say practice."
Still she wanted him, but first she had to teach him a life endearing lesson, maybe even life teaching and changing. She put her hands up and slightly sighed.
"I want to see that ink you are oh so ashamed of. I get it, you went from having none to having lots and it's scary but it's only bad if you do not know how to perceive it. I am here to help you open up to it. Also our friendship is not weird, don't you ever say that again."
She got down off of the desk and began to prance around care-free.
"Come on,"
she said as she mumbled a few words.
"Do stand, but if you run may you be faster than me and we both know you are not."

He stood up. Cadence did a lot of things but running was not one of them. Where the hell was that flask? Turning around he found it and then he looked at Pat.
Cadence: Aren't you being extremely brave and yet so stupid at the same time.
He thought that perhaps it was his time, well in her words "pour down rapture on his soul." This girl..hell if he knew how to describe it in truth but he thought that perhaps he needed to try.
Cadence: I want you to get it all out of your system because once you are done, it's my turn. The difference between us is one of us talks about what we want to see and the other one of us actually wants to put something into action.
No matter what she said now, Pat was still some shy and shambled girl.
Cadence: One you're done assuming my ink is considered a flaw by me, maybe I'll show you the truth. Just because I cover it up in no way means I am ashamed. I know it's been a short time but I'm different. If you want to see it then ask, but don't you dare try to trick me into a situation be saying I am ashamed of anything.
He was a little angry which was a little unorthodox for him.
Cadence: Still being pissy?

"Not quite,"
she said as she sighed.
"Your level of difficulty comes without a solid reason, at least that I know of. It's like you are choosing to purposefully be dense to what I am trying to tell you."
Geez, she did not need to sputter around like a little school girl and yet here she was on the verge of about to do so.
"I would like to see it, your difference or differences that is anyway. Only if you are willing, if it is something that I have pressured you into then know that I would rather not."

He slightly shrugged.
Cadence: Actually it's fine. I needed a slight push and I feel like this might have given it to me, so I can show you. I mean it's nothing fantastic but it is somewhere to start, so let's.
