Noah wanted to quidditch. It was not the fact that she was good at it so much more it was a truly active sport so she always found herself wrapped up into things that she should not be. She was not the type who could or would quidditch alone so she had said for ten minutes she would yoga. They were not best friends or anything like that but maybe one day they would be more than acquaintances. It was too early for Noah to tell. Noah "Okay, I am ready." Noah had never did yoga a day in her life but she was simply going to go with it and worry about feeling the burn later. Besides she knew that for as okay as she might have been Patricia knew next to nothing about quidditch and that was where Noah was gladly going to come in. @pat

She had brought her broom even though her mind was in a completely different place. This would be good for her though. When things were freaking you out putting your mind somewhere else was the best plan. This was going to be an easy break for Noah since Pat did not plan on going too hard on her.
Patricia looked at her. She most definitely looked the part which was good because it meant that she had put in an effort.
"I can not believe you made me agree to play quidditch. You know that I am absolutely horrible at it."
She shook her head.
"If you do not mind, explain the basics while we stretch."

Was stretching really necessary? None the less she put her hair behind her head and stretched.
Noah "You toss a ball around on a broom and you try to score with this thing. I can elaborate later, but all in all it's pretty simple. Much easier to play than to explain. Besides you do not come to a school like this and dodge it forever."
She could not. It was thrilling and in the end it did not matter if you were good at it, it was fun.
Noah "More than likely going to want to put that hair up too. Anyway, sorry it took me so long to find you, some things happened that I could not control. I know you or hope that you will understand anyway."

Patricia looked at her.
"Noah, you know I love you like the sister I never had but your explanation needs a lot of work. The wording is a complete throw off but I am sure I will get there."
Yeah it had taken Noah longer to get there than Patricia liked but it was nothing to hash about. The important factor was that she was here now and as far as Patricia could tell, she planned on staying as long as she stayed so that was good.
"So, do you want to talk about it or are we leaving it like it is?"
Ooh interesting stuff right here.
"I mean I will not tell anyone if you won't. Especially Cadence.."
She paused.
"I should have told him a year ago when I found out but.."
She turned to Noah.
"Important part being it's in the past."
Sort of. She had covered her tracks pretty good and Noah was the only person who could blow her secret so it was all okay right.
"It is in the past right?"

Noah "I'm pretty sure he already knows. It would explain everything."
She just honestly wished that her friend was not so stupid about things when it came to boys. She slightly rolled her eyes.
Noah "Point being as long as you are careful, you got no worries from me. I just try to put it out of my head and my terms were accurate enough. If you really wanted to learn to quidditch we would be up in flight doing it right now instead of down here on the ground running our mouths about it."
She walked over and grabbed her broom.
Noah "Alright, time to go up. I kept my word."
It was not all her fault that Patricia spent all of her allotted time to do yoga, talking.

Since she believed in mostly keeping her word Patricia knew there was no way that she could get out of this. Maybe it would not hurt to know just a little bit more about the sport anyway. She doubted that she would ever be good at it though.
"After you,"
she said almost a little too graciously but graciously none the less. Noah being here was not anything that made her feel strange or uneasy since as best as she could tell they were always pretty honest with one another.
"Do not worry, I do not plan on leaving."

Noah "I hope not."
All that build up was true. Pat was good, great, and perhaps even unbeleivable at times but then there were the other times. You know the darker type of times that no one really wanted to talk about. Yeah those types. None the less Noah got up on her broom.
Noah "Do me a favor won't you? Don't go to a dark place this time."
Emotionally, physically, literally.
Noah "I do not know if I would be able to pull you back this time."

It was never like Patricia intentionally went to dark places. The way she seen it everyone had that small little thing that made them tick. The longer said thing ticked then the more likely you were to break. She had promised herself this time that it would not happen.
"I am giving it my best shot Noah."
She thought that was the best way to word it, that way it was not exactly worded as a promise that she knew damn well she could not keep. None the less she got up on her broom and felt it lift her.
"Let's do this,"
